  The guest rooms at Orchard Farmhouse are designed to feel welcoming.  With wooden furniture and tasteful, discreet decor you can truly relax in one of England's special bed and breakfasts.  We provide tea and coffee making facilities.  If you require a television please ask. Free wifi is available.

We are gradually improving our garden to be able to have fresh cut organically grown flowers from the garden - or wild if they are in profusion in our fields.  Arrangements will vary from quite formal to very informal, depending on the moment.  The arrangement above features a rose called Tess of the Durbevilles.  It has a deep red colour and a wonderful scent.

Double en suite

A fine room with stunning views across to Bulbarrow Hill.   Private en suite with good shower.  We can provide an additional bed in this room for a small extra charge - please enquire. 

Double (or single) with own bathroom and shower.

We have a small double with comfortable bed.  It comes with private bathroom fitted with both a bath and separate shower.

Views.  All guest rooms have lovely views of the garden, fields and hills.

Single

Both doubles are available to let as a single - please see room tariff.

At certain times we may be able make a further single available but it is not en suite so we only let this room when you book one of the others.  It is a smaller room but it also enjoys fine views.   

Family Room

We can add an additional single bed to the double ensuite to make it a family room.

Guest Wing

Hire the entire guest wing!  A large double ensuite, with room for an extra bed, a small single, a double and a bathroom with bath and separate shower means a family with four children can stay, have privacy and fun.  The lounge is below so you can put the little one to bed and keep an ear out.  Move the tv to your bedroom if you wish and play games in the lounge.  Open the french windows, have breakfast on the terrace and bask in the morning sun.  Also ideal for wedding parties and other special occasions..
