Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your stay with us for any reason please let us know immediately.  Provided you give us at least seven days notice before your stay we will give you a full refund. 

If you cancel within seven days of your arrival we we will try and re-let your room(s).  If we are unable to re-let your rooms then you will have to pay for the first night of your stay. 

If you do not arrive at all and have not notified us then you will lose any money you have paid.

For these reasons we recommend you take out travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.
